The service

AuraMax produces enhanced dating photos generated from images you upload. Output is created from your own likeness and reviewed by a person before delivery. Results vary depending on the quality and variety of the photos you provide.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you own or have the right to use every photo you upload, that the photos depict you, and that you are at least 18 years old. You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or explicit content, or images of other people without their consent.

Acceptable use of output

Your photos are intended for personal use on dating and social platforms. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform where you use them.

Payments

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. Refunds and revisions are governed by our Refund & Revision Policy.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraMax is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at AuraMax Lab's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
