This Privacy Policy explains how AuraMax Lab ("AuraMax", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use auramaxlab.com and our AI dating photo service. By using the service you agree to this policy.

What we collect

Photos you upload. We collect the images you submit so we can produce your photo set. Account & order details. Name, email, and purchase information (payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details). Usage data. Basic analytics and advertising data (for example, via the Meta Pixel) to understand and improve the service.

How we use your photos

We use your uploaded photos solely to generate your dating photo set — they are sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI and Google) that produce your images from your likeness — and to have a human reviewer check quality before delivery. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to train AI models for other customers or for any purpose beyond creating your set.

Data retention & deletion

We delete your uploaded source photos from our active systems within 30 days of delivering your order (in practice, source selfies are removed shortly after your set is delivered). You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing help@auramaxlab.com.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., payment processing, hosting, analytics) under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise them, contact help@auramaxlab.com.
